It has been shown that with the correct breathing we can create permanent healing on a cellular level and really influence different systems in our body. When we breathe more consciously we can change the quality of our emotions and create heart coherence.

Performing meditation on a regular basis will benefit you by increasing clarity, energy, productivity, focus, peace and happiness in your life. EnduranceEndurance allows you to have the tolerance to show up to everything you need to do on a daily basis. Increase your endurance by removing quick fixes in daily life by allowing your body and mind to experience what it means to be alive. We need to move from a short term quick fix mindset to a long term positive and flexible mindset that can change and adapt when needed. Some endurance that I personally focus on are breath hold, cold weather, meditation, fasting and different challenges. Push the comfort zone and unleash the hidden power. Find comfort in the discomfort.
Giving BackGiving should be one of the core values of our lives. When we give to others wholeheartedly, we indirectly give to ourselves. A growing number of research proves that giving back through volunteering or donating to charities, has a positive impact on your physical and mental health and can contribute to a longer life.Giving back must start by giving back to yourself, because how can you give to others if you first don’t look after yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup, therefore take care of yourself first. Giving back to yourself includes showing up for yourself by taking care of one's body, mind and spirit on a regularly.
The Five Main Goals of Activation
I believe everything happens for a reason, and that our experiences in life shape us into who we are today. Hardships and struggles define us, and they can become a source of strength in our journey toward a better life.
Coming from a family who have suffered a long history, fraught with alcohol addiction and emotional imbalances, Parveen had a troubled upbringing and adolescence. With an alcoholic father and a difficult home life, during his teenage years, he became increasingly vocal, which resulted in beatings – and at one point his own uncle tried to run him over.
But luckily, Parveen was blessed with a wonderful mother and grandparents, who kept him spiritually motivated as his father descended deeper into addiction. Growing into adulthood, Parveen was an angry, anxious, stressed, unfocused and confused young man. Driven by the desire to do something great and make a name for himself, he tried to excel in life – but he never had a clear path to follow.
Parveen’s family chose engineering for him, and before he knew it he found himself thrust into a new world in a country, hundreds of miles away from his family in India. Lacking a support system and surrounded by new people and cultures, Parveen managed to persevere and create a life for himself while he completed his studies.
But his success didn’t last long. With no prospective employers after graduating, Parveen found himself without a job and with no source of income. Desperate to prove to people he was making something of his life and not just living off the earnings of others, he founded a number of businesses – all of which failed. This crushed his spirit and caused him to spiral into a deep depression which wreaked havoc on his relationships and health.
When things seemed lost, he managed to secure a job in advertising. He became a workaholic, addicted to money and moving up in his career. But while he’d solved his financial problems, his life still lacked meaning and direction. Like most entrepreneurs, Parveen lacked balance in his life, living like a robot in an endless pursuit of more money. After talking to his friends and other entrepreneurs, he discovered that all of them had the same empty void – a feeling of meaninglessness, despite financial success.
But Parveen’s life changed when he traveled to an entrepreneur retreat in Utah, where he had the impromptu idea to revive people’s sense of energy, excitement, and purpose in life by using one simple word – “Activated”. He began thinking positively and reshaping his mindsets and outlook on life, and this energized attitude began rubbing off on his fellow entrepreneurs. They started paying attention to his approach to the word Activated, and Parveen’s goal became to defeat his own insecurities and bring positive change to his life by helping others.
The five P.A.P.E.R principles – Positivity, Authenticity, Passion, Empathy and Resilience, built the foundation for the Activated philosophy. As the fellow entrepreneurs started adopting aspects of the Activated system, Parveen realized this is a system that can impact not only his life but also others and he needs to depend on and further develop the system so that it can impact others on a deep transformational level, and for that, he realized that it needs to be developed into a lifestyle system, one that he himself had been living and continued to depend.
During this long journey, he found the true meaning of Activated, and the power to change both himself – and the world. After two arduous years of reflection, self-discovery, hard work and persistence, Mr Activated was born. Parveen discovered how to reshape his mindset, uncover his inner motivation, and create a life of meaning, purpose, and success.
This is Parveen’s story – one of addiction, stress, depression, anxiety, failures, confusion, negativity, lack of purpose, resilience, and finally connecting with his true self. Parveen reinvented himself, and he is now dedicated to helping others activate their own hidden inner powers and live the lives that they want.
Our world is under attack from stress, anxiety, depression and negativity, which form the foundation of many chronic diseases and physical ailments. Parveen wants to use his knowledge, experience and inner voice to help awaken others to live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives, and spread hope and love in this world!
