- Relax and sit comfortably
- Start belly breathing by inhaling through nose to the count of 4 all the way to the top of your head
- Hold the breath for 6 seconds and slowly squeeze your head, eyes, and face
- Exhale very slowly with mouth closed for 8 seconds making humming (hmmmmm….) sound with your tongue touching the roof of your mouth.
