What are Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT) and why it’s important for us

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT’s have 6-12 carbon atoms) are fats found in foods like coconut oil. MCT oil is a supplement that contains a lot of these fats and is claimed to have many benefits such as,
